Even though the check in time was 4pm, we did not receive any text message stating that our rooms are ready. We were then told that they will text us when the rooms will be ready or to come back in half hour. The front desk agent Joyce who was pleasantly helping us had told us that it would take about half hour for the rooms to be ready and that is when Madeline Mullen jumped in and said that if we wanted our rooms right away they are available on a different floor.
